Our Philosophy

Zero Compromise

Azarphesha is a natural wine restaurant, serving wild, seasonal, and local ingredients, a menu changing with the ebb and tide of the seasons, inspired by Georgia’s rich ancient cuisine fused with culinary traditions from the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cultures, the very same Georgia had a shared history with.  Azarphesha is proud to have an extensive list of natural wines both from various regions of Georgia as well as from rare natural producers around the world.  The name, Azarphesha, is derived from a silver ladle used as a drinking vessel, of which we have a large collection of at the restaurant and an array of other ancient wine drinking vessels from horns to ceramic pieces dating back to antiquity, that creates the ambiance of the dining hall.
